Veneers are thin sheets of laminate porcelain intended to look like the surface of natural teeth and are fitted and applied to the front tooth surface using a special adhesive. They are a popular cosmetic dental treatment that create beautiful smiles and address an array of aesthetic flaws such as:

discolouration and superficial decay
chipped teeth
crooked teeth
small tooth gaps (diastema)
teeth that are short and worn (ground down)

How long do dental veneers last?

Veneers should be in place for many years if you look after them well. They can break and become chipped just like natural teeth and you will need to take extra care when playing sports or eating hard foods.
