Niki is our Head Receptionist. She comes with a background in customer service, along with 11 years in hospitality. Having worked in Birchington previously she is a friendly and familiar face around the village.
Niki enjoys working with people and believes that friendly communication is key to providing excellent customer service and ensuring patients feel welcome and valued. "It also makes my work so much more enjoyable." She also believes that empathy and compassion are key qualities as a dental receptionist especially as coming to the dentist can be quite stressful for some patients. She gets a lot of satisfaction when patients give positive feedback about their experience at the practice and to know she has made a difference.
In her free time Niki loves to be outside enjoying the sunny weather with her friends and family and also enjoy latin/ballroom dancing when times allows.

I have been a patient at Alpha House for a number of years now and the switch to this practice has been the best thing I have done regarding my teeth. The service and treatment I have received has been second to none. Everyone from the Dentists, Specialists, Hygienists, Dental Nurses and Reception Staff are all caring, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I now have no hesitation in going to the Dentist, where as previously I always felt anxious about going. I feel comfortable attending and am reassured every step of the way. I have no hesitation in recommending Alpha House to anyone who like me gets anxious about attending the Dentist.
